Igho Ubiribo, a 43-year-old Nigerian-British businessman and social media influencer, died in March 2024 from a fatal pulmonary embolism. The condition was caused by hyaluronic acid, used in a penis enlargement procedure, traveling to his lungs and blocking blood flow. Ubiribo underwent the procedure in Thailand while on holiday with his wife, Danielle Allen.
